Once an order has been placed and payment received, it will be shipped within 10-15 business days unless otherwise noted on the artwork page. Shipping time is additional and will depend on the shipping choices made during checkout. If you wish to receive your order within a shorter time-frame please contact us and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
Once your work has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When applicable, the email confirmation will include a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment. You may use the tracking number provided to track the estimated delivery date. Until the work has shipped, we are unable to confirm an exact delivery date.
All artworks sold on Wondereur are carefully packed and each package is designed to prevent damage during shipping. Unframed prints and Wondereur Special Editions are packaged in acid-free archival paper and mailed in rigid mailing tubes. For paintings and framed artworks, a custom made crate is built to best protect the work during shipping. Unless otherwise stated, packaging costs are included in the price listed for the work. You will not incur additional packaging charges upon checking out.
Unless otherwise stated, the price listed for an artwork does not include taxes or shipping. Upon checkout, after entering your delivery address, you will be offered several options for delivery. Most artworks will ship via Fedex. Our Economy option may ship via Canada Post. If you do not want your item shipped with Canada Post or Fedex, feel free to let us know.
Wondereur is currently obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Canadian addresses. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before confirming your order.
Wondereur ships worldwide but unfortunately cannot process duties and taxes for each country. Based on your current country rates, import duties and taxes may be levied when the package reaches your country. It is your responsibility to pay for these taxes and duties. While most countries (including United States) do not subject artwork to importation duties and taxes, we do recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information on the rate currently applicable in your country.

First, please take pictures of the outer packaging with detailed shots of damage to the box or protective layering. Then take detailed pictures of the damage to the artwork itself. This will assist in filing a claim with the shipper. Please send the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order number, and the title of the art you purchased. We will file a claim with the shipping service and work with you to resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.
Wondereur accepts returns or exchanges on Wondereur Special Editions within 30 days of delivery. All other artworks are final sale. We are unable to accept returns for these artworks except in the case of damage during shipping.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain confirmation that your artwork is eligible for return. You may then return the artwork in its original packaging to Wondereur, 720 Bathurst Street, Toronto, ON M5S 2R5.
A Wondereur Special Edition is a limited edition print created exclusively by Wondereur in collaboration with our artists and partners. These artworks are of the highest quality and are finite in number. We print on museum quality photo paper (Ilford 310g) and use the finest archival inks. All Wondereur Special Editions are marked as such on their product pages throughout the website.
Wondereur is primarily an on-line experience. We do not have a physical gallery in Toronto, London, Paris or New York. If you would like more information about an artwork, we will happily coordinate with the artist to send you more images. And we would love to meet with you at one of our special events - sign up for our newsletter to receive invitations to our Artist Coffee Dates, Insiders Exclusive and more.
The original artwork you will receive can only look better than its on-line, low-resolution version. You will be able to perceive a larger color spectrum and greater detail. The difference will definitely be for the better.
For framing purposes, all prints come with a white border that is included in the size of the print. Thus, the actual "image size" can be different from the "print size." Print measurements indicate the total paper dimensions, not the actual dimensions of the printed image. Border dimensions represent the minimum border width for a print. Since we do not crop or alter the aspect ratio of the artwork printed, in some cases the horizontal and vertical border widths will not be identical on an unframed print.
Every work sold through Wondereur is mailed with a Certificate of Authenticity. This is a document that holds the artwork information, the edition number, and the artist’s signature.
The artist retains the copyrights to their imagery. Copyright is not transferred to the buyers of works of art.
Wondereur is by nature very artist-centered. There is no charge for artists to be listed on our website and applications, and they will always receive an equal or greater percentage of sales revenue than Wondereur.
We recommend that you use cotton gloves to handle your new artwork. If your unframed print was delivered in a tube, you may keep it in its original mailing tube for a few days but we recommend that you frame it as soon as possible. For best conservation, all framing material (mat board, tape) should be acid-free (archival). The certificate of authenticity should be attached to the work and ideally mounted to the back of the frame.
Currently, Wondereur mostly sells unframed work. We recommend that you buy ready-made frames and get a custom-cut mat board for quick and affordable framing.
Wondereur was originally designed as an interactive experience for touch devices. However, not everyone likes to rely on online content to document their art collection. If you would like to see a Wondereur print edition come to life, don’t hesitate to make your voice heard by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Wondereur is committed to quality customer service. We welcome your feedback and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your order information, our website, the artists presented on Wondereur and their work.
